Returns and exchanges:
In accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania (the provisions of the Law No. XII-700 amending the Civil Code and the Law No. XII-701 amending and supplementing the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights), the food and cosmetic products are on the list of goods that are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and the goods of KanapineKrautuve.lt are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
1.General provisions.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), once approved by the Buyer (by reading the Terms and Conditions and ticking the box next to the statement "I agree to the e-shop Terms and Conditions"), shall be a mutually binding legal document which sets out the Buyer's and the Seller's rights, duties and responsibilities, the conditions for purchasing the Goods and for payment for them, the procedure of delivering the Goods and for returning the Goods, the parties' responsibilities and any other rules relating to the purchase of Goods.
The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the statutory requirements.

2.Protection of personal data.
2.1 The Buyer may order the Goods in two ways: by registering at KanapineKrautuvele.lt and entering the details requested in the registration form, or by purchasing without registration.
2.2 When ordering goods, the Buyer shall provide his/her personal data (name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address) necessary for the execution of the order.
2.3 By agreeing to the terms and conditions of KanapineKrautuve.lt, the Buyer confirms that he/she agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of sale of goods and direct marketing.
2.4 By consenting to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the sale of goods and direct marketing, the Buyer also consents to the sending of informational communications to the contact details provided by him/her, which are necessary for the fulfilment of the order of goods.
2.5 In the event that the Buyer does not wish his/her e-mail address to be used for direct marketing purposes, the Buyer must inform the Shop in the manner specified in the "Contact" section.
2.6 The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed only for the purpose of sale of goods in the KanapineKrautuve.lt e-shop and for the purpose of direct marketing (unless the Buyer notifies in accordance with the procedure referred to in Clause 2.5 of the Terms and Conditions that he/she does not want his/her personal data to be processed for the purpose of direct marketing). The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Seller's partners providing delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.The moment of conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement.
3.1 The contract of purchase and sale between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer, after having created a shopping cart in the online store, entered his/her personal data, selected the payment method and read the "Terms and Conditions", clicks on the button "order".
3.2 Every contract of sale and purchase concluded between the Buyer and the Seller shall be registered and stored in the KanapineKrautuvele.lt database.
4.Buyer's rights and obligations.
4.1 The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the e-shop in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms and Conditions and other information sections of this e-shop.
4.2 In the event that the personal data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
4.3 The Buyer undertakes to pay the price specified for the goods ordered and to accept them in accordance with the Rules.
4.4 The Buyer undertakes not to pass on his/her login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his/her login data, he/she must immediately inform the Seller by the means of contact indicated in the "Contact" section.
4.5 By using the KanapineKrautuve.lt e-shop, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions and not to violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
5.Seller's Rights and Obligations.
5.1 The Seller undertakes to provide all the conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.
5.2 The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Section 7 of the Rules.
5.3.The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy with regard to the personal information belonging to the Buyer, as indicated in the registration form of the e-shop, i.e. to use the personal data indicated by the Buyer only in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
5.4 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Seller's e-shop or violates his/her obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the e-shop immediately without notice, and in exceptional cases - to terminate the registration of the Buyer.
6.Ordering, pricing, payment procedures and terms.
6.1 In the online shop KanapineKrautuvele.lt the Customer has the opportunity to buy 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
6.2 The prices of the goods in the online shop and in the order shall be quoted in euros.
6.3 The Buyer may pay for the Goods in the following ways:
6.3.1. 1. The Customer shall pay for the goods ordered by bank transfer using the money collection module of UAB Paysera (electronic money institution operating under licence No.2 issued by the Bank of Lithuania).
6.3.1.2. payment by bank transfer - is a prepayment where the Buyer himself transfers the amount specified in the order to the Seller's bank account.
6.3.1.3. cash payment - the service shall be applied when collecting the goods from the Seller, at the address specified or by prior agreement on the time and exact place of collection, as well as when the goods are delivered to the Seller's authorised person (courier).
6.4 If the Customer pays by bank transfer, he/she undertakes to pay for the ordered goods immediately, otherwise he/she loses the right to claim for violation of the delivery deadlines, since the parcel of goods ordered by the Customer starts to be formed only after KanapineKrautuve.lt has received payment for the goods.
7.Delivery.
7.1 When ordering the Goods, the Buyer shall have the right to choose the method of collection - delivery.
7.2 The Buyer, having selected the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes to specify the exact delivery address.
7.3 The Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to take delivery of the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the address indicated, the Buyer shall not be entitled to claim against the Seller for delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
7.3 The Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer by the Seller's authorised representative (courier).
7.5 The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the descriptions of the Goods. These time limits are provisional and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of a shortage of the goods ordered. The Buyer also agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to agree on the terms of delivery.
7.6 In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of the time limit for delivery of the Goods if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer, or are not delivered on time, due to the Buyer's own fault, or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control.
7.7 Delivery rates, deadlines and other related information are available on the KanapineKrautuve.lt website, in the section "delivery of goods".
8.Guarantee of the quality of the goods and the period of fitness for use.
8.1 The characteristics of each item sold in the KanapineKrautuve.lt shop are specified in the description of the item.
8.2 The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the e-shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.
8.3 The Seller shall provide a guarantee of the quality of the goods for a certain period of time for certain types of goods, the specific term and other conditions of which shall be set out in the descriptions of such goods.
8.4 Where a period of fitness for use is prescribed by law in respect of particular goods, the Seller undertakes to sell such goods to the Buyer in such a way that the Buyer is given a realistic opportunity to make use of such goods before the expiry of the period of fitness for use.
9.Returns and exchanges.
9.1 In accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania (the provisions of the Law No. XII-700 on Amendments to the Civil Code and the Law No. XII-701 on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights), food products and cosmetics are on the list of goods that are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and the goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable at KanapineKrautuve.lt.
10.Responsibilities of the buyer and seller.
10.1 The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for the consequences thereof and shall be entitled to claim direct damages from the Buyer.
10.2 The Buyer is responsible for the actions performed while using the KanapineKrautuve.lt store.
10.3 Once registered, the Buyer shall be responsible for the transfer of his/her login data to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by the e-shop and logs in to the e-shop using the Customer's login data, the Seller shall consider this person as the Customer.
10.4 The Seller shall be exempt from any liability where the loss is caused by the Buyer's failure to read these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the Seller's advice and obligations, when given the opportunity to do so.
10.5 If the Seller's online shop contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organisations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities contained therein and does not supervise, control or represent such companies or persons.
10.6 In the event of damage, the Party at fault shall indemnify the other Party for direct damages.
11.Marketing and information exchange.
11.1 The Seller may, at its sole discretion, initiate various promotions in the KanapineKrautuve.lt online shop.
11.2 The Seller shall have the right to unilaterally, without prior notice, modify the terms of the Promotion, including the cancellation of the Promotion. Any modification or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be effective only prospectively, i.e. as from the moment of its execution.
11.3 All relevant information shall be sent by the Seller via the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.
11.4 The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the Seller by the means indicated in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's e-shop.
11.5 The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive information or confirmation messages sent due to disruptions in the networks of the internet connection or email service providers.
12.Final provisions.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
12.2 All disputes arising out of the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
